• An advance payment is required before the project begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid as per agreed milestones or before final delivery.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
• All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Revisions included in the proposal will be provided at no additional cost.
• Any changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
• Delays in feedback or approvals from the client may impact the project timeline.

• Ownership of final approved designs and deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
• Until full payment is completed, all designs and files remain the property of the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

• Accurate content, images, logos, and information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Content that does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal rights

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive project-related information.
• The Company will take reasonable steps to protect client data and credentials.

• The Company may use third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, fonts, stock images, or tools.
• These services are governed by their own terms and policies, and the Company is not responsible for issues caused by third parties.

• If the client cancels the project after work has begun, charges for completed work will apply.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate a project if payments or required information are not provided on time.
• Refunds, if any, will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or profits.
• The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.

• Any free support or maintenance period will be mentioned in the proposal.
• Additional support, updates, or changes after the support period will be charged separately.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai Maharashtra courts.

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be effective once posted on the website.
